These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mariinox website and services. By using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services.

2. Services Provided

Marrinox offers authorized vehicle scrapping and sustainability services including ELV (End-of-Life Vehicle) dismantling, recycling, and compliance solutions.

3. Vehicle Scrapping Conditions

You must provide valid vehicle ownership documents.
Vehicles must be delivered in scrap-ready condition unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to reject any vehicle not meeting compliance or legal requirements.

3.1 Undertaking By Applicant at the Time of vehicle Submission (Form 2A)

I/We ___, resident of ___, hereby declare that all the particulars furnished by me/us are true and correct. The subject vehicle with registration number ___ is not engaged in any kind of criminal activity or litigation, and I/We realize that I/We are fully liable for any false declaration. I/We declare that there are no pending dues on the said vehicle; the hire-purchase, lease, or hypothecation agreement in the certificate of registration has been duly discharged. I/We shall be fully liable for any such dues and charges pending before the date ___ at ___ AM/PM. I/We fully indemnify the Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility Johar Motors Private Limited (JMPL) from all such charges.

Undertaking By Applicant At Time of Form-2 Submission

I/We ___, resident of ___, hereby declare that all the particulars furnished by me/us are true and correct.

The subject vehicle is not engaged in any kind of criminal activity or litigation, and I/We realize that I/We are fully liable for any false declaration furnished above.

3.2 Undertaking By RVSF at the Time of vehicle Submission (Form 2B)

I/We ___ on behalf of Johar Motors Private Limited (JMPL) hereby declare that I/We are fully liable for any kind of criminal activity, litigation charges, and financial dues such as challans, motor vehicle tax, etc., accrued on the subject vehicle with registration number ___ after the date of submission ___ at ___ AM/PM. I/We fully indemnify the Registered vehicle owner ___ from all such charges.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment is made after successful verification and acceptance of the vehicle. No refunds are issued once scrapping has been completed.

5. User Obligations

Provide accurate information during booking or inquiry.
Do not engage in any unlawful activities using our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos on the Mariinox website are the property of the Company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Liability is limited to the value of the vehicle scrapped.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you breach these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Roorkee, Uttarakhand.

10. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
